The trainers will bring out all of their favorite fitness the toys for this one including:

 

  • Battle Ropes

  • Assault Bike

  • TRX

  • Ski Erg

  • Kettle Bells 

  • Slam Balls

  • Sand Bags

  • ...and that's just the warm up!  (just kidding)​

Bootcamp is $20 per person.
